Pleasant Valley Manufactured Home Community & RV Park

Big thanks to our maintenance guy (Juan Lopez) for the great work he’s been doing around the RV park. He is also doing an amazing job with the landscaping around the RV park. Everything looks cleaner, greener, and well cared for. His hard work really shows and makes the park a more enjoyable place for everyone.

I’m enjoying my retirement and have lived here for about two years now. The RV space comes with full yard maintenance so no lawn mowing for me! Living in a small RV has low PG&E rate (CARE subsidy). It’s close to town but in a quiet rural Spot. I manage without a car by using Door Dash or the B-Line door to door service for elders. The management is very helpful and responsive to any questions. Pleasant Valley is a fantastic park. The positive changes are really noticeable, thanks to Margaret the manager. She's incredibly professional, super knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with—always fair and on top of everything. Juan in maintenance is also doing an amazing job, handling the day-to-day stuff while still knocking out larger projects. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

The maintenance (Juan lopez) did a great job coming up with an idea for the speed bumps. His solution improved safety and showed real attention to detail.
