Pleasant Bay Village Resort

From the moment we arrived everything was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful, very zen feel with a nice pool and hot tub tucked away on the property and very private and a beautiful large koi pond with food to feed them! The staff was kind and attentive, Ally and David - the two we interacted with - went out of their way to accommodate us with even small requests. The rooms are large and clean and there is plenty of surface space for items. The shower head was especially nice! All in all I highly recommend the Pleasant Bay Village Resort! We stayed in room 117 and our son and daughter law stayed in room 119. I don’t recall the room type but they are nicely located with a back area that felt private.

Pleasant Bay Village was an absolute gem! Never have we stayed at such a unique, amazingly beautiful, serene and magical place. From the moment we arrived we didn't want to leave. The staff, the grounds, the amenities, the rooms were all in pristine condition and so well maintained. I just can't say enough. Josh, Peter, Cher and David, all were wonderful to work with and great to meet. We would go back to Cape Cod just to stay there again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hidden gem enjoying amenities in September! It is quaint, peaceful, pretty, well kept and top notch clean all around. The grounds are very well kept. The bushes are cut to perfection and also a unique tree not to miss. Feeding the Koi fish was a nice highlight. There are so many beautiful ones! I Loved my room with the deck leading to the well maintained pool. Outside games were offered for guests! Breakfast to order was delicious! The staff was quite accommodating and super friendly. Everything was at your finger tips! No doubt I would not hesitate to return.

This hotel is charming and so cute. We felt it was a great deal for what we got - our room had a dishwasher, decent sized fridge, and glass and plate ware, as well as two outdoor seating areas. The room had lots of windows and great light. The grounds were beautiful - and my husband loved the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Less than 10 minute drive to get to downtown Chatham. Cute little mid-sized resort. Ground are impeccable. Going Pond is beautiful. Rooms are updated & very comfortable. Staff was great. Nice heater pool too. Would definitely return
