Chatham Bars Inn

The rooms were really a disappointment - we stayed in the main inn for the first two nights, it was unbelievably cramped and dated. We also could hear noise all night from other guests so didn’t sleep well. Our last night we moved down to the cottage where we were placed underneath a family who were running, jumping at all times making it hard to relax. The bartenders were lovely and attentive which was helpful since we wanted to avoid our rooms! EDIT - i've actually tried calling and providing this feedback to the person who left the number below - several calls, messages and haven't heard back :(

Clarissa, Stephanie, and their entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding day experience easy and enjoyable. From start to finish every detail was perfect, and we all had a fantastic time! We stayed at CBI for most of the week, and every team member we encountered from front desk, to rooms, valet, restaurant staff, and more made us feel like we were family by the end of our stay. Thank you for making it the most perfect wedding day for us and our guests!

The grounds are lovely, especially at night with all the Christmas lights. The cottage room is nice… There was a minor issue with the toilet continuously running but someone was sent to fix it, the gentleman was very very nice and he was in and out and fixed it! The people I came into contact with offered excellent customer service, they were great!

An iconic hotel in a beautiful location. The main building is stunning and the service was outstanding. We had a spa suite and while all the amenities of the room were lovely, the decor felt dated. Not in a timeless fashion, but looked like it needed a refresh. Things were a bit worn and looked like it was designed in the late 1980’s.

We went for lunch at their Veranda Restaurant. While the hummus in the Crudite was amazing..seriously, the veggies included a rotted pepper and a molding cauliflower 😥. The pizzas are huge and delicious. Great crust. We had the Pear and Honey and the Margarita. The Tomato salad was great! While a good meal, for the price paid; the veggies in the Crudite should be fresh and crisp.
