Location location location... can’t complain, the noise around the neighborhood is surprisingly quite.. and everyone in the park seem to be relatively respectful of one another.. but I am sure for this place being located on the main strip ppl may think differently.. but I think this place is definitely worthy enough to reside permanently or temporarily with a laundry facility and a vending machine on the property

Everyone needs a safe place to live regardless of how much money they make or their credit score. I almost believe this to be a basic human right. I have seen happy children playing safely(I hope) and young couples walking together 👫 in hand. That is their home. This is their call, not mine.

this was the most wonderful RV park I have ever experienced! The people there are friendly there's ample room the children are happy the pets are happy I couldn't ask for anything better! Judy the manager was an absolute gem she was wonderful beautiful and professional that RV park is lucky to have her

No running water for tenants !!! Water gets turned off and on as they please with no warning, and when the water starts coming out of the faucets, it’s a brownish dark color.

Comfy cozy little place not too many RVs and not too many people outside . The only problem I have with this place though is the nosey manager but I get it it's off Santa Rosa Blvd lots of druggies on the Blvd but inside the plaza it's really chill
