Pinebrook Motel

I stay here on every trip up to Lake George, NY. They are always the best. They staff is responsive, the rooms are clean, the shower is hot, and even if you arrive at 1 am a day early, they accommodate you while every other place will say they have nothing or their desk just closed. They are by far the best choice if you're going to stay in Lake George. Conveniently located, and overall just always an excellent experience with them. They go above and beyond. I love this place, I'm definitely going to keep coming here over anywhere else, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

For winter, rates are very reasonable. Unfortunately, there was interference from another room, attempting to pay for a channel that kept interfering with our cable viewing. Others also suffered from this interference.

Our first time staying here. Booking was easy . The gentleman at the front desk, ( Mohammed ) was extremely helpful. Any issues he addressed immediately. He has such a pleasant demeanor and is such a hard worker. On call 24-7. A beautiful brook out back. Peaceful and quite. Nice pool as well. Fabulous view of the Lake. Easy access to everything. We had rm #15. It was clean, comfortable beds, nice size rm w/Frig. Will definitely be back in Sept! |Thank you Mohammed!

We love Lake George. This was just an unfortunate turn of events. I can't comment on the rooms because, after having a reservation for 6 months, they cancelled it on us 2 weeks before we were to arrive. Reserved in February for September. In between, our cc was hacked so we had it reissued. I received one email yesterday 11:57am saying they could not process the payment. I began calling immediately and tried for most of the day. No answer and voice mail full. I finally got through to a person at 3pm who had no clue what I was talking about but said the manager would call me. I also replied to their email, twice. No call came. At 8pm, I called again and a person answered who said the manager would be back in an hour and they would call me. No call. At 9:55pm I received a terse email stating

The room was not clean. The air conditioner had a black substance in it and we had to clean it as much as we could before we turned it on. The walls are thin and we were awakened by noises and banging early into the morning. Not a good value for the price. Spend a little more to be in one of the more reputable Motels in the area.
