Came to Big Bear for the day but ended up wanting to spend the night. My fiance and I had no idea it was a busy weekend due to the spartan event going on and every place we called prior was booked. Gail was so nice and got us in a cottage. We meet up with Chuck who has great customer service, and is very friendly as well and he let us go see the cottage before we paid. It was VERY clean, and had everything we needed and more. We had a great night and really enjoyed our stay! We will be back for sure! Huge thank you to Gail and Chuck!

We've been going to Big Bear for over 10 years. And We honestly stayed at a different location until we found this hidden treasure. Its been about 5 yrs now since we have been booking these cottages. Pine Haven Cottages is located in the heart of Big Bear. Its Very clean, comfy and fun.. it gives you the Big Bear feel. We love it here. Will not stay anywhere else.. The owners are Great too. Very nice and pleasant..

The best deal in town. Owners are amazing, stayed regularly anytime I traveled to big bear. Pet friendly and clean, check for spiders seasonally. It is the best deal and other visitors are respectful thanks to the owners vetting their customer base.

Very friendly family owned business. The cottages are nice and comfy for an amazing price. Some cottages are pet friendly which is perfect because I try to take Ruger everywhere with me if I can. It is right next to Snow Summit. They also own the Blauer's in front of the property so they include a discount if you rent gear from them for your outdoor activities. Love this place!
