My uncle lives here and we had a payment plan that my uncle would pay the rent on the 18th it's the 2nd rn and the guy that owns it keeps calling about the rent when my uncle gets paid the 18th and can't pay till the 18th the owner keeps calling every day asking for rent when it's not due for my uncle till the 18th I would not recommend this place unless you want the owner calling you 24/7 just for rent that's not due yet

Never answered the phone and I've called 30 times in the last 2 days

When I stayed there which wasn't long ago I had to clean my own room because it was dirty when I moved in. I didn't have a shower head in the bathroom. I also did not have cable tv like posted on sign. I also paid a fee to get me to my payday which was on a Friday and then he continued to charge me a late fee every Friday so I moved out because I'm not going to be taken advantage of... Plus there is a spider infestation bed bugs and also had to get stuff for roaches really disgusting place to stay. Lesson learned, never again. Also would not plow the driveway or parking lot when it snowed making it difficult and dangerous pulling out onto the highway bc you would spin tires and slide into highway. The owner controls the heat and he never would turn the heat on so had to buy my own heater to stay warm also it says cable for free never had cable
