TERRIBLE! Do not stay here. When we arrived, the parking lot was empty and had an eerie feel. The outside of the hotel seemed outdated and it appeared that people we actually living in hotel! When we checked in the man said he couldn't find out reservation, and he said the hotel was fully booked even when the parking lot was empty. We eventually got a room. First, there were NO towels, and the water smelled like lead and metal. The room was filled of bad-smelling air fresheners. Stains on the pillows, sheets and blanket. I couldn't sleep because you can hear the people above you. I slept in my clothes and left early in the morning. I would give 0 stars if I could absolutley terrible.

All motels in Bloomsburg area filled due to a September State Fair, which we did not know about until we tried to find a room. This motel was left. Booked on Expedia. When we checked in (fortunately early in the day), they had no record of my reservation. (Same problem with another Expedia person at the desk when we checked in). Although the manager was nice and beds seemed to be clean, it ended there. No towels in room, so manager had to get some. One lady I met went out and bought her own towel because the one motel delivered to her room ( when she had none ) was "falling apart". Shower leaked water at wall face so it ended up with some water on floor. No one at front desk. Front desk had a phone number to call. Upon my checkout, phone number had recorded message stating it was not ta

Toilet was broken, ac unit/fan was broken, beds squeaky and rickety. Couldn’t take card so I paid with cash. Place had recently flooded due to rain. No wifi offered. Front desk had no receptionist, just a paper with the manager’s phone number taped to the counter. I think the whole place has just one guy working there. He was nice and was doing the best he could and was constantly running around. Water is brown, rusty, and foul. I couldn’t use the water to shower or drink. Toilet is stained brown from the water. The breakfast advertised was Folgers coffee made with the rusty water. Had to sleep with the window open all night while it rained to get some fresh air. Very strong stale cigarette smoke smell. I lasted one night before choosing another hotel and was NOT refunded my $2

Today on WNEP, 11/19/25, Mr. Moses was featured for offering $5 a night for the homeless! Ive never seen this before and can do nothing but praise this gentleman for such a kind act during a difficult time in a person's life! Our winter's are horrible up here. He even has jobs for them, food and clothing! This is such a nice HUMAN gesture! God Bless You Mr. Moses and your family! If anyone reading this wants to help....im sure there's a constant need for food, clothing and laundry detergent! Id call them and ask first. Probably even sponsor a family for housing. Based on this...I can't help but give his service a 5 star rating! Wish more people were as kind as him!

The check in service was very strange. We arrived one hour before my neice's wedding. We figured we had plenty of time to check in and get ready. We had to call a number to get someone to come and register us. Then we had to wait a long time for our room cards. We then drove all the way around the builing to where our entrance. We went upstairs, and got ready. We just barely made it. We could not shower unless we wanted to use rusty water. There were no towels in the room. I had to call for them when we got back. There were trash cans in the unit either. I suppose it has potential, but it is a very big complex, and they may be overwhelmed.
