Peachtree Hotel Midtown Atlanta

Every time I called, I got horrible. Customer service didn’t pick up for 45 minutes to an hour. I only called to even ask was just one question and I considered canceling my night because of this. Just recently called again and didn’t get an answer for another hour so will not be staying here again. It’s a great room overall has a mildew smell, but the door handle on the sliding door didn’t have a handle. The balcony Was connected to the utilities room and was a little sketchy. The view was nice, but could’ve been better. Overall, could’ve been a really nice hotel really big, had a lot of perks like the library and the dining hall but the customer service was horrible and the cleaning was Mid. I stayed here during the snow storm so I can easily get to work. Bad decision! The best part of this place was the main lobby. The rooms are horrible, balcony with no balcony because the door is sealed off. No refrigerator in the room. When I requested one the receptionist guy told me they wasnt able to bring it up. I asked for a blanket and got a thick sheet. Customer service was terrible, the only pleasant experience was during check in with the lady with the sister locs. I cant remember her name. You can never speak to anyone at the front desk, the phone answers then hang up. 2 days later after my stay I had to extra charges to my debit card and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. Positive: Location Negative: Hotel desk staff were not helpful and had an attitude. There was only 1 towel in my room when I checked in. When I went to get more they said there were no more towels available because the hotel was full and had run out. The room was dirty and run down.

Lobby makes you think luxury and rooms are going to be nice. NOPE rooms looks like they make cheap updates to keep up with older pictures do not recommend although the receptionist offered free breakfast which online says is free but was not. First room tub won't drain and there was raid smell. Second room was ok but I checked out the first sight of light to check into another hotel.

Management are you listening? I’m currently staying at this hotel and the experience is disappointing. First appearances are that it’s a nice hotel but the reality is it is run down and under staffed. The desk in our room nearly fell over when I leaned on it. All the legs were loose (I tightened them). King bed mattress is collapsed in the middle. Shower backs up 6” during a shower. Sink backs up. No pillows for the pullout bed. Tried calling the front desk multiple times but it just rings. Have to physically go to the desk for any requests. Waited two hours (till midnight) for pillows and they never came. Me and my son slept with no pillow. Asked about it this morning and they said they’re out of pillows! Breakfast buffet had decent food but it was lukewarm at best. They give you a table
