The Airbnb wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, housekeeping had to come back to clean the jacuzzi, the stovetop and disgusting toaster. The jacuzzi jets didn’t work, the can opener had no handle, and the TV in the bedroom had no Roku or anything connected to watch the TV at all, but the one in the living room worked. Then the laundry room token machine that you put money in to get tokens to do laundry didn’t work and there was no other payment method. And to top it all off there were a couple cockroaches. Some of this is the responsibility of the AirBnb owner but they must pay facilities management for housekeeping etc. so that’s on the facility. After notifying the Airbnb host, housekeeping came back and cleaned everything and brought a can opener. I wouldn’t stay again!

DONT stay here, too expensive and disappointing. The room was awful, the building is old and careless. They offered a hot tube and it came up to be a lie. The matress hit my back so bad. I reserved through booking and had to start a dispute, I was supposed to stay for 4 nights and left the unit after the first night, they charged me 200 dollars for one night supposedly because of the cleaning fee. I stayed in a much better place the last time for less, so I went back there.

We stayed in a two bed ‘condo’ Airbnb on the resort. Over the course of two days we encountered cockroaches, slept in very soft mattress topper beds, listened to the noise from the adjacent highway via the poor windows as well as through the thin walls as listening to our neighbour conducting business at 5am, shouting residents and honking horns from the parking area. |The towels were thin. There were not enough facecloths. The toilet lid had a very large crack that was glued together. The cleanliness of the entire space was questionable. |We didn’t use the pool and gym facilities. However, they do not look as ‘nice’ as they appear in the advertising. |Not the worst place I’ve stayed but certainly not great by any means.

Great location, but poor internet. Only 10–15 minutes from Disney World, very clean, and reasonably priced. Minor issues like highway noise and weak water pressure, but the biggest problem was the internet—it was mostly very slow or didn’t work, making streaming very difficult. Still a good stay overall, but better Wi-Fi would make a big difference.

This place was a great, affordable place to stay with our family when visiting Orlando. It's close to Disney, Old Town and tons of restaurants. It is tucked back on a road, so you'd want a car to get around (or uber). The pool was nice and clean, though just slightly cold. The hot tub was definitely hot, sometimes a little too much (but much appreciated those cool evenings). The sandbox isn't super desirable, but my kids still enjoyed it. We used the coin laundry which costs about $7 a load total, it worked well. There isn't anyone at the front desk, but staff was around to take care of the pool area, etc. This isn't a super fancy place with a ton of amenities, but it was clean, safe and the price was great.
