Parkview Motel

I can only give this place a minus 5 stars. Stayed in room 118. Just got comfy in bed and the BED BUGS came crawling across the bedspread and pillows. Lights weren't even out. Bed bugs happen but the management was horrible literally screaming at us... It's their bedbug problem why yell at us. Do not stay here.

We stayed there last week while visiting relatives in Camden. Camden has no mid range motels, either they cost $80 per night out by the interstate, or $40 downtown in Camden, or they're across the river in Lugoff. I opted to stay close by and save money. The room was clean enough, the bed tolerable, not too noisy. When the police came the first night, they only stayed five minutes, so I guess it was a slow night. I understand that the drugs and prostitutes are over at the Mona Lisa Motel. Room service was a bit spotty, but I didn't care. The management does what they can with what they've got. I was able to walk on the carpet barefoot and not feel dirty. I did feel compelled to clean out the refrigerator and take apart the air conditioner and clean them, but that's just what I do

I stayed at Parkview Motel yesterday with my family and we found this place very quite and comfy. Currently, new owner and new management are doing great to keep motel clean, comfy and safe. They care for their customers. I appreciated them for their efforts to make me confortable without any disturbance. I love to visit again. Highly Recommended place.

I don’t have enough text to explain the many problems. 100% not worth the money. Room is nasty. Stains and bugs. No heat and the ac smelled like chemicals so I didn’t use it. Hookers and drug dealers knocking on my door at all hours of the night. Almost the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

I was kicked out due to spraying for roaches and flies in the room. Sorry I'm not sharing a room with roaches and flies. If you don't want your customers spraying for bugs then you need to hire professional pesticide people to take care of the problem.
