Comfort Inn & Suites Camden

The manager and also the lady that was working 2nd shift when I came in were extremely nice and very accommodating. The manager knew we were tired and that my husband had medical issues and she offered to push our luggage cart. That is definitely going above and beyond. The free breakfast buffet was very filling. The biscuits and gravy were my favorite. Our room was very clean The beds were comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Plenty of parking and it's right off I20. Lots of food choices around the hotel. We have stayed 2x and it will definitely be our go to when in the Camden area. I give it 5 stars and I'm very thankful to the wonderful staff.

I absolutely love this hotel. This is our 2nd time staying and we have zero complaints. The lady first shift front desk ( I believe she is the manager or owner) is the BEST. She is very accommodating, polite, and understanding of your needs. She even offered to help with our luggage rack bc she knew my husband had health issues. That is going above and beyond helpful. The lady that was coming in 2nd shift is always very friendly and helpful. Just a great staff experience. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. Shower has great water pressure. Rooms were very clean. We have enjoyed our stays here. Restraunts are very close to the hotel. Hotel right off I20.

After reading some of the 1 star reviews (about bugs and being dirty) I was worried about our upcoming stay in April 2025 however we were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. ||This is a standard budget hotel property - our needs were met and we were happy with our stay. ||Pros: 5 stars for location. This property is located about 20 minutes from Carolina Motorsports Park and is a short drive to town with many restaurants and shops. Walmart, Chilis, etc nearby. Good value for a peak weekend. Staff was very professional, helpful and accommodating. 2nd floor room smelled clean, linens were fresh and extremely comfortable. Fresh, hot breakfast is served daily from 6:30am-9am. The renovations are amazing I absolutely loved my room. The only thing that I would suggest is that someone check the room that I stayed in 325 for its ability to draw hot water for the shower. I understand this was maybe the first time it had been rented since renovation so I totally understand. The woman at the front desk was amazing and she asked me if I wanted that renovated room and I said yes. The breakfast was excellent but I would suggest that coffee be available after breakfast. I will continue to seek out Comfort Inns.

I stayed in one of the old suites and the sofa didn't smell well. Smelled like pet urine. I was offered a newly remodeled room when I checked in but took the old room for convenience. As construction continues these little problems will disappear I know. The staff there was very good.
