Deluxe Inn

I have stayed in this Motel many times over the past several years and I can't for the life of me figure out, why I am not getting any Hot water yet again for the second time in a row, don't have any Hot Water to take me a shower. Someone please call and talk to the Managers so that I can have some hot water. I am not happy at all with this because I was very specific about this issue when I checked in yesterday afternoon.

If you want a slum experience then go there. I lived there for over 5 years the old owners were great but when the new owner's took over it went downhill they would not spray for bugs, they never came to see if I wanted my room cleaned I had a leak in my bathroom or took them 2 weeks to fix it and they still left 2 holes in the ceiling thus happened last year I moved yesterday the holes are still there. I asked for a new a.c. 2 years ago and it is still broken.when my fridge broke down it took them a month to bring a new one. I had black mold on curtains I was told over and over for each incident we are going to fix the problem but the problems were never fixed. True slum lords.

We arrived at around 9 pm and had already made a two night reservation. No one ever came to open the locked office door no matter how many times we rang the bell. I eventually had to call them by phone to open the door. There was loud music and pets (both of which were "forbidden"). We asked for another room since we had to be up early and needed to sleep, but they said they were sold out. The room and area were so terrible that we cancelled the second night IMMEDIATELY! The front door was cracked and didn't seal, bathroom door didn't close, smoke detector was not connected, wash towels were filthy, toilet was disgusting and hard to flush, sink had trash can underneath because the sink leaked badly, bathtub was just sad, room had two tvs (one of which did not work at all), ac was rigged wi

Room was not cleaned,there was no phone,no smoke detector the people next door was very rude up at all hours of the night fighting and there was nothing done about it,could not plug 1 thing in or all the power goes out the walls are very NASTY and dirty, electrical wires exposed ,bath tube slow on draining. Although the bed was quite comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.

Nastiest place I have ever seen or been. Owners can not speak English . Roaches and bed bugs are splitting the cost of the room. Holes in the walls, floors, and ceiling. Came back from work one day and toilet overflowed out into the room bc the police got called and every one staying here flushed there drugs all at once messing up the plumbing. I Asked the owner for change for the drink machine and they said there was no change. So once I got change the machine took my money. And since there was no change I didn't get a refund.
