Brick House Tavern

Really enjoyed our stay! Nice room, comfortable bed. Loved the common area with its warm and toasty fireplace. So nice to stay right in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg! We will be back!

Excellent place to stay. Right on Duke of Gloucester Street. We could walk right out of our front door and step into colonial times.

Nice room with colonial decor but modern amenities. Fantastic location - walk out the door and you are on a street with many colonial shops where master craftspersons demonstrate their skills. Reasonable price (which included admission) compared to other options in the area. Weren't told when we checked in at the Williamsburg Inn (the centralized check in place) that we could ignore the "street closed" signs to access our parking area but we figured that out. Colonial Williamsburg was a great experience and I'd stay at the Brick House Tavern again if we go back there.

Amazing. Clean, comfortable, and terrific experience. Very basic compared to the main Inn or Lodge, the experience is so much better. Comfortable beds, great linens, and pillows. Modern bathroom, VERY CLEAN. It's right in the center of town, so it makes everything accessible. So much better than a traditional hotel.

Very happy with our stay here. It's nice to be smack dab in the center of the historical area so you can stop and rest during the day/before dinner. Everyone at the hotel check in area was SUPER nice and helpful. Only complaint with the room - we were missing most of the toiletries (no shampoo and no soap).
