Park Royal Orlando

Positive: "" Negative: Elevator out of order, ice machine out of order, wi-fi out of order. Toilet didn?t flush when we arrived. Maintenance came, then had to return hours later for same problem. Just ridiculous to rate this hotel.

So this location is fantastic. It's nearby all amenities and close to theme parks. The staff are all excellent and very accommodating, very personable and friendly. There is a really cool pool with a play area for children that's really nice. The top part has a spot for lounger chairs as well. There is a breakfast offered for 10$/pp/day. There is also a racetrack in the same parking lot. In hindsight- I would have likely opted for 4$ breakfast coffee, muffin, and Hashbrown I believe it was. The breakfast offered at this hotel was great though and worth the money absolutely. Just knowing there are other options is handy though.

This is a wonderful place. Clean and the beds are very comfortable. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and clean. My family and I have stayed here many times and love it. Great location and good price.

When you book, the app says breakfast is included, but it's not; you'll need to pay a $10 fee per person per day. The air conditioning was broken, and we had to change rooms. The room wasn't very clean; we felt insect bites when we woke up, we believe they were between the sheets, and the shower was very bad, with very little water pressure.

Avoid this motel, rooms are so small for a hundred bucks a night with $5 blackmail each delivered you got from the mail room. $10 for breakfast. I got hit by furniture or walls as moving around the room. Bad arrangement of furnitures in a small space. The outlets are outdated and loosened from the wall. The housekeeper will wake you up when they’re dropping garbage and dirty laundry from the upper floors to the ground. They don’t really care about your staying. No services but insulting the money I paid for a night here.
