The husband and wife (owners) were friendly at 1st. Personally I dislike walking into a motel office and smelling Kimchi! YUCK! One free bottle of water per day, I asked if I could take 2-bottles of water and she said Emphatically NO “Only 1-bottle of water per day” I felt like I was being scolded like a little kid. The fact that she wasn’t nice about it made me feel uncomfortable. When I went to check out, I was past the checkout time and the husband owner came and walked right into my room and was yelling and screaming right at my face to either pay for another day or hurry up and get out, and he stood there with his arms crossed, and if looks could kill, his eyes were beaming like Fire and he was as mad as a Bull in a Bull Fight! 0 star from me for this hotel. Its older property with the strong smell of stale smoke, we had a bottom floor room in front of main road. The room was kind of awful. Little balcony with cracks on the floor with outer door barely shut, the room smelled musty, the bedding had tears and stains. The TV did really work and there are no outlets for charging cords. The woman at the front desk was very rude. They even advertise “continental breakfast included" and offer granola bar with water bottles as continental breakfast. We booked online and paid $140 for one night, which is not cheap, actually it was not worth $10 a night. Really gross. Do NOT STAY HERE. Pay an extra for no bugs, cleanliness, hot continental breakfast and safety. This place need work and owner needs to be honest before rent

Love this place. The rooms are clean, always feel very welcome. Have been going there for 4 years. My go to place.

This is an older property that is very clean with a comfortable bed and decent pillows. I loved the view off the balcony of the stream with a nice picnic area with grills outside. Very convenient location to the attractions in the area with restaurants, bars, and dispensaries within walking distance.

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin. The cabin is away from the hotel a bit, which was nice and very quiet. We needed cheap accommodations for a long weekend trip and Park Row was great. It is out-dated; however, beds were clean and it served the purpose of a bed to rest our head. Now, the beds are not the best, but after hiking all day I still slept great. I wish there was a mirror in the master bedroom or in the kitchen area. I ended up using the counter in the kitchen for my make-up and hair products because there is nothing in the bedroom.
