Villa Motel at Manitou Springs

I have stayed in both $1,000-per-night luxury hotels and $75-per-night budget accommodations, and I can confidently say this property is an excellent choice for an overnight stay while visiting Manitou Springs. I have now returned twice, and both experiences were outstanding. This charming roadside motel has been thoughtfully remodeled, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. On both visits, the gentleman at the front desk was welcoming, professional, and provided a level of customer service that is increasingly rare to find. My check-in this past Friday was seamless, and the property was quiet, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

This was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, close enough to shops and restaurants so that we could walk and didn’t have to try to find a place to park, free parking at motel and free lite breakfast. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Location, easy check-in, friendly staff Negative: Very bad smell(stinky feet, old laundry) in room which was attempted to be covered up my some strong air cleaner. Also to note, property was clean, just the room smell was too much.

Nice stay, cool jetted tub in the room. Deposit was kept because they found a cigarette butt. Neither my fiancé or I smoke. Feels like they were preying on a young couple due to the off season. Will not be back.

This is a wonderful little gem of a motel, right out of the fifties, in Manitou Springs near Colorado Springs, accessible easily from Rte 24 which connects the Springs to the nearby foothills and mountains, including Woodland Park. Family owned, and very well managed. Comfortable beds, soft towels, bar height fridge in our room, ice and Coke machines nearby. Not fancy, but very comfortable, and a very good value for dollar compared to many options in that region. Free WiFi. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
