Pikes Peak Inn

We had such an incredible time in our room -- this hidden gem of a hotel was perfect for our Colorado staycation. We loved how comfy the beds were, the cleanliness and updates in the rooms, and our balcony. Honestly, this had a motel price with a hotel feel! We read some of the reviews before heading to Manitou to make sure we had an idea of what we were getting into, but none of the negative reviews make sense now that we've been there. Obviously we did not stay in every room, but we had such a fantastic stay that we can't imagine the other rooms being much different. Service was great, and when I had questions a few days before our trip, Menchie answered all the wonderings I had and offered some great advice for places to eat in the area! We stayed here in part because it was advertised to have a creekside hot tub. There was no hot tub. There was no lobby or staff on site the entire time we were there. There was a phone number provided to text questions. I texted around 6pm to ask about the hot tub and never got a response. We booked a king bed and it was a king frame with a queen mattress. We also booked the room with a pullout bed and there was no bedding for the bed. This was recently “renovated” and many corners were cut. The location is great as you can walk into Manitou easily but the hotel is just not good. There is no dead bolt for the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place is a total gem! The rooms are very thoughtfully appointed with new, modern fixtures. White and brass, very classy. The Jacuzzi tub was so clean and very decadent. We were in room 10, which looks out over the creek and the sound of the water was so peaceful. Amazing staycation - definitely treat yourself to a stay.

We spent a few anniversaries at Pikes Peak. The rooms are beautiful, affordable and comfortable!!!!!!! Shops and food are all walking distance from the Inn. We, of course, stayed in the honeymoon suite celebrating our anniversary. I found out a friend is getting married July 4th,2026. I had the honor of reserving that room for their honeymoon night! They are going to love it, hopefully, as much as I do❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

I went to Manitou Springs specifically to climb the Incline. I picked Pikes Peak Inn because of the close proximity. I was so happy I had done so. The room was great. Clean and ready. Walking distance to everything. Great parking. Will definitely go back.
