Park Lane Hotel New York

Can’t wait to go again. The staff was amazing, they were all so friendly and helpful! Attention to small details did not go unnoticed. The front desk called our room to make sure everything was to our liking and to make sure we did not need anything. The view from our room was amazing, views of Central Park and the city. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean and inviting. Location is the best. Honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay. Will definitely stay there again!

Stayed for 4 nights during a family visit. Location is very convenient if you want to be around Midtown, easy access to the metro, across the street from Central Park. ||We booked a 2 queens room which was very spacious for NY standards. Nice bathroom and everything looked clean. Our initial room had an issue with the heater that did not work properly, we raised it with management and next day they switched us to a different room on a higher floor. ||Overall, i found this to be a good option if you are looking for something a bit more upscale.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from Central Park and many of New York's iconic attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing.The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the stylish, modern decor. The proximity to public transport made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

As a new yorker who moved upstate New york for a couple of years now decided to book this hotel for valentines weekend for myself and wife. I work in the medical field so had been working for about 14 hours before getting to the hotel and came straight from work in not so fancy clothes. The moment I walked in to the lobby I was being given dirty looks by the staff as if I didn’t belong there but didn’t make it a big deal. Checked in but the room wasn’t ready again not a big deal so we left our luggage with the staff and came back after when ready. Excited to see the room we forgot to grab our luggage and went straight to the room when we opened it the room was set to 76 degrees and felt like a sauna tried to lower the heat and it didn’t work so just had to turn it off completely.
