Park Central South Beach

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. The location is absolutely beautiful, with direct access to the beach and stunning views that make it the perfect place to relax. The rooftop pool was a highlight,such a great spot to unwind while enjoying the scenery. The food was excellent as well, with great flavors and quality throughout. A special mention goes to Tanesha at the front desk, who was a true hotelier. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the experience even more memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made my experience special. The lobby is beautifully designed – modern, stylish, and very elegant. It creates a fantastic first impression and feels both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and inviting. Everything was clean, well organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I felt very comfortable throughout my entire stay and would definitely love to come back again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a beautiful environment.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Nicole at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Staff is friendly. Rooms are fine. Except you’ll need to check and make sure you’re not in a hallway room. My friend got placed in a room that was in a stairwell and it was the stairwell that led to the kitchen. Not great. Another friend didn’t have hot water in her room and they couldn’t fix it or move her to a new room. We had a harder time getting service at the pool. It’s an off month so hopefully it’s better in the summer months. If they offer you free breakfast for a review, make sure when you get breakfast you actually get the free breakfast. We ordered off the menu and they told us it wasn’t included. Fine hotel. Just have to be a bit strategic.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience we had! The property was beautiful (multiple pools, gym, good design, not at the loud end of Ocean), our room was amazing (def spring for the ocean view), the restaurant was lovely - but the crowning glory here is the STAFF!! Tanesha, Shabine, Marlon, Oscar, Eric and the GM Noura ALL went above and beyond to make our special weekend perfect! The tiny issue we had was dealt with swiftly and more than sufficiently by Noura- and the smiles and kind words from everyone made both Will and I agree that we will stay here again 8 out of 5 stars! (PS: already booked our next trip)!
