Parisian Hotel

This hotel is truly impressive — beautifully designed with charming Art Deco details and lovely pink accents that give the property a warm, stylish, and inviting atmosphere. It’s absolutely adorable in the best way. The location is outstanding. Being right by the beach makes it incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. It’s the perfect area for relaxing, exploring, and enjoying the surroundings. The entire property is extremely clean and well cared for, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. The staff is wonderful — genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made the experience even better with their helpful and positive attitude. The exotic cars on display are a unique and exciting touch that adds to the overall charm of the hotel

The hotel has a good location close to the beach, which was the only positive part of the experience. However, the stay was very disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the shower did not work properly, and we found cockroaches in the room, which is unacceptable. In addition, the air conditioning was not working well, making the room very uncomfortable. For the price they charge, it is definitely not worth it. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would not recommend it.

Everything from booking price, billing, room condition, and customer service was unacceptable.||The billing was misleading and felt like cheating—the final charge did not match what was booked.||The room was dirty, stinky, and poorly maintained:| • Broken bathtub| • Clogged toilet that would not flush| • Strong bad smell throughout the room| • Clearly not cleaned or inspected||To make things worse, the front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t listen to our complaints and completely ignored us. Positive: location Negative: It was colder in the room than it was outside. It took a day after my arrival to get a TV in my room after they told me they'd deliver it 20 minutes after I arrived but it never came.
