Paradise Palms Resort

We stayed here in May on Candy Palm road, the complex was lovely and clean. The tiki bar was excellent and great value for money. All the staff were polite and helpful. We spent a lot of time in the complex pool (wish they had more than one slide) my daughter loved the slide. Our townhouse was perfect for our needs. Security gate staff were great and would always wave at our daughter when we came back in from our trips out. We only did Disney this stay and traffic was clear most days taking around 20 minutes at most to get to the parks. Staying again next year and can't wait.

They say quiet time is by 10pm every night. This may sound a bit "Karen" of me, but I have 6 kids trying to vacation here and although it's New Year's Eve, we chose this place so our kids wouldn't be up all night- including a 6 month old, at a property where they'd have fireworks and fire crackers going off all night long. Some places are very inconsiderate of children so i deliberately booked a place that seemed to care about neighbors and having quiet time rules- not just some house in a neighborhood that you don't know what you're getting into. I called the noise complaint line and I was informed that it will be enforced after 12:30. We have stayed here four years in a row for six weeks at a time has been quite pleasant so far this year we’ve been here two weeks. The pool is cold. We have inquired about it and they said they are aware of the problem but no fix as of yet, they have two hot tubs. One of them is broken does not work so with the pool being broken all the little kids pile in the hot tub very dissatisfied . We have not heard of a timeline for things to be up and running, but there are a lot of people not happy with this situation !!!!

I experienced a lizard in my downstairs bathroom. One of the upstairs rooms didn't have a night stand. The trash schedule wasn't properly followed by staff and resulted in some animal getting into the trash and making a mess we had to clean up to avoid a fee. Other than these things it really was a great stay.

This place was amazing! The area was quiet, beautiful, and had security. The house was clean, spacey, and had all essentials.
