I have Never Left a Google Review for Any Company. Attempted to Tour Unit and Book 1 Month with Manager "Mark" for 3 Days but he Kept Changing our Meeting Times but Promised to Contact me. Never did. We Communited by Text and Phone Calls. Then he Stopped Responding. Friends who Live Near the Hotel said it is Not Good Place Stay Anyway. God Bless your Future Anyway.

Owner tries to get everyone to be manager/housekeeper And offers money off rent. Treats tentants very poorly. Upped rent without notice. Does not want anyone talking to each other. Moves you around to different rooms without asking you. Always felt like we were walking on tiptoes. You did something she didn't like she would kick you out and keep your money. Not bad stuff either but things like walking from car to room without shirt on for a guy just coming in from beach. Room was nasty. I had to reclean it and table clothes are made of cut up shower curtains as well as roaches all in units.

I followed the rules !!!! First off i am a single mother with a one year old and came to this motel to get away from a domestic violent situation. Me and my baby stayed to ourselves didn't bother anyone. The on site managers were nice and helpful but were allowed to do as the owner told them. While i was there the ac unit exploded and caught fire at 11:30p.m. I was scared to death. I stayed there for 10 days for the amount of $636 and 100.00 of that was a deposit i would get back when i left. There was a burn hole found on the comforter in the room i was staying in and i don't smoke i vape. I felt bad about it so i left a new comforter that was my own and the still kept the deposit and told me i was no longer allowed to come back there. I found this place and booked based on the recommendation of my cousin who stayed here before. I believe these new owners must have bought the place recently and they were amazing and super responsive. I did have to call in my reservation well in advance as they do get booked up fast (!!). The space was clean and safe and the location is AMAZING! Near the water and in a super cute and quaint Anna Maria Island, near all the hot beaches, restaurants and malls. I definitely recommend trying to get a room here, they come set up with full kitchens and all. I already booked my next stay! Can't wait!!

My boyfriend and I met with the owner George to look at what he said was a 1 bedroom apt for $350 weekly/$1400 monthly utilities included. We look at the place and it was an efficiency. The kitchen had a rv sized stove a full sized bed 2 dressers and a dinette table with 2 chairs. The wall unit was on the back wall behind the fridge. We explained to him that the place were in now is bigger and we are paying $200 less a month. And all of our belongings wouldn't fit in there. We asked if he had anything bigger.His response was that there wasn't going to be anything bigger anytime soon and was pretty rude with us after that.
