Pantera Rosa

The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, had all the essentials for cooking, bathing, etc. The decor was suitable, nether dilapidated nor extravagant. The exterior was clean and appealing for safety and comfort. The check in and check out procedures were all electronic. There was no onsite staff with exception of maintenance and cleaning crews during daytime. The pricing was very good for the season. Thanks Pantera Rosa. It was a nice stay and I will look again to your establishment first next year.

So many problems! They don't do early check-ins, and there is nowhere to keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out times. The unit was dingy and dirty looking. One of the 2 TVs in the unit didn't work. Also there was no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom! Called the number as this is a remotely managed rental property (no front desk), and they said the hot water had been out for the whole building for days. Yet they let us check in and assumed we would be OK with having no hot water???? So we took cold showers the first night, and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Housekeeping left barely any coffee for the Keurig, and only 3 bath towels for our 4-day stay for 2 people. There was a note that housekeeping doesn't come unless you pay an extra fee. Convenient location and the online staff are responsive for any issues or needs. We felt comfortable and secure staying in Pantera Rosa. Only disturbance was the room right below us was getting some work done(on Saturday morning) it was too loud, but for a short period of time though and the couch in the rooms needs some work(or replacement) for sure. But overall a good stay for the price. And the location of this hotel is the best!

This is my second time staying here and I love it. The location is best in my opinion!!! The ocean is literally around the block and the best park to sit and watch the culture on Ocean Drive. The hotels has a stove, microwave, fridge and everything you need to make a great meal! The place is safe, I travel by myself as a female and don’t even think twice about it.

We booked and pre-paid a 2-night stay at Pantera Rose and was placed in unit 5. While we appreciated being able to check-in early, the rest of our stay was very disappointing. The location of the apartment was very close to the beach, which was very convenient during the day. We were traveling with a 10 year old and the noise from the street was so disruptive and scary overnight that we left the next morning, forfeiting the money spent for another night and booked a room at another location which was much more comfortable and quiet. Conversations, yelling/screaming, music from cars, honking, and police response could all be heard from the bed in which we were trying to sleep. It was scary!
