Palm Mountain Resort & Spa

This place was more affordable than other hotels in the downtown area, but it’s definitely less glamorous. The good: -Great location, and they have bikes you can borrow to explore a little farther -room was recently updated and quite spacious and comfortable -loved the little patio right outside our room and the citrus trees around the property. We picked a couple grapefruits with the pickers and they were so sweet and delicious! -they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. (I didn’t know about this until we arrived unfortunately, so I spent $25 on an Uber that I didn’t need to, but we did take it on the way home.) -Beautiful property to walk around when you wake up in a sunny morning in Palm Springs! We stayed 3 nights at Palm Mountain R&S. Location is awesome, just one block off and in the heart of the main downtown area. Very easy walking of downtown. Ample free parking available since we were road-tripping. The resort is in good shape, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. The pricing was good and the weather was even better for mid January. Used the available bikes to tour the nearby neighborhoods filled with mid-century modern homes. We definitely recommend the Palm Mountain

From the moment we arrived at Palm Mountain Spa & Resort, Tiffany turned what could have been a standard hotel check-in into an experience. She was warm, welcoming, genuinely kind, and somehow managed to make us feel like we were the most important guests in the entire resort. What truly stood out, though, was witnessing Tiffany handle an extremely difficult guest right before us. She remained calm, professional, and incredibly gracious under pressure—listening patiently, responding thoughtfully, and resolving the situation without losing her composure for even a second. This was a last-minute trip to visit Joshua Tree National Park. The Palm Mountain Resort was a perfect option to recover from a long day of sightseeing and hiking. The hotel is well maintained, an overall beautifully landscaped lush property, really great front desk staff, great pool area, convenient parking and a convenient location. The location is one of the best in the city in my opinion. There are so many food options near the hotel. In comparison to other properties the nightly rate was reasonably priced. I would recommend that you consider the Palm Mountain Resort on your next visit to amazing Palm Springs.

Positive: What I liked most was the staff was very attentive & accommodating. on a personal note I had an injury that I was dealing with & was having difficulty getting from the room to my car & housekeeper Bernice noticed and immediately helped me get to my car. Negative: I really can’t think of anything that I did not like about this hotel.
