Wow, wow is all I can say even to the blanket on the bed that will keep me warm. That is a nice blanket on top of the bed and nice television, but that microwave in the refrigerator that are brand new by loan. The parking lot brand new repay everything every single room has been redone here and I was a little scared when I first read the review on this motel mind you I have been here maybe 1 million years ago and I have not been back home since 2006 so that’s quite a while But wow thank you sir thank you for spending all that money and making that hotel. So very nice for any family that goes to Disneyland or not Berry Farm or the convention center or anything very very nice is all I can say to that owner here at this Palm motorbikes my God these rooms are nice thank you sir for making them

I CHECKED IN 3 DAYS AGO, ON THE 2ND DAY I FEEL ASLEEP ON THE BED AND WHEN I WOKE UP I NOTICED I HAD BITE MARKS ON MY LOWER BACK , THINKING IT WAS JUST A SPIDER BITE I WENT ON WITH MY DAY, THAT NIGHT I WOKE UP AND NOTICED ANOTHER BITE, SWEELING AND THEN I LOOKED OVER AND I WAS LAYING IN A POOL OF BED BUGS, I NOW HAVE OVER 20+ BITES ON MY BODY, I IMMEDIATELY WENT TO THE FRONT DESK, THE MANAGER REFUSED TO COME INSPECT THE ROOM, IN FACT HE TRIED SAYING I BROUGHT THEM TO THE ROOM, HE GAVE ME A KEYBTO ANOTHER ROOM, BUT IM GOING TO JUST CHECK OUT AND ASK FOR A REFUND AND GO TO THE ER.

Ive been coming here for a long time now. The front desk people are very nice and the pricing is good. I have no complaints about this place. For a cheap motel, its worth the buy. Also the rooms are always kept clean.

Well its not bad but the tv doesnt have many channels and mostly asian tv. Last time I stayed I found a dead roach in the reztroom im terrified of roaches. And they also don't have a microwave in any of the rooms. However the price isn't bad but I wouldn't take my kids there.

The most rude people ever! If you have other options take it. It's not worth the headache. You can't bring people in for anything what so ever or they will call the cops. If you go to the office to ask for towels or other accommodation they will be rude to you and if you argue with them they will call cops on you. Bed bugs ! On top of that the rooms are never thoroughly cleaned. Feels like being in communist china tbh
