Palisades Lodge of Big Pine

We booked this place online not seeing it first. Little tricky to do with a place with no reviews yet. This is a self service hotel. As two couples we booked the two bedroom suite and shared it. The place is brand new just a few weeks old so everything is nice and new. The suite has a kitchen one bathroom and two bedrooms and a small living room with a TV. Pretty good layout it's a comfortable size. The space is a little loud there isn't much sound deadening material inside It's kind of echoey with the tall ceiling. We definitely disturbed each other making noise in the kitchen or going to the bathroom. The furniture feels a bit cheap and uncomfortable. They probably could have done a little better especially with the sofa. The TV was great and everything functioned as it should. We did h

We were booked for bristlecone motel for 2 nights. When we arrived we were informed by the staff that there was some power upgrades going on as a result there was no power to our room. Chris the owner upgraded us to a the palisades lodge. Such a beautiful place.high recommend very modern hotel. Shout out to Chris the owner and the friendly the staff members. I think his name was William or Mathew
