⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars isn’t enough. From the moment we walked in, this hotel absolutely nailed every detail. The signature scent in the lobby deserves its own award — luxurious, welcoming, and somehow not overpowering at all (which is a miracle in the world of hotel lobby perfumes). Extra points for that alone. Christopher at the front desk set the tone immediately. He’s top‑notch — warm, professional, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you’ve chosen the right place before you’ve even put your bags down. Truly crushes the first impression. The bar team? Phenomenal. Thoughtful, genuine, and clearly proud of what they do. I ordered an espresso martini and I’m not exaggerating when I say it might be the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced, beautifully made. And then there w

This was our second stay at the hotel and it was incredible! The first time, they were so good that we decided to book our wedding guests here, and that was the best decision yet. We booked a block of rooms with the sales department, and Derek did a great job of accommodating all of our group members super efficiently with an awesome turnaround time on requested changes even during the holidays. Harry, the front desk manager, remembered us from our previous stay and checked in on us to make sure everyone was taken care of, including fixing my mistake on one of the room's book dates. Every single one of the front desk staff was exceptionally kind to my family including giving us some paper to entertain some energetic nephews, helping us get extra bedding, a quick fix on a faucet handle, and

the hotel is super central near the pike market. Ask for a room in the middle not towards the street. These rooms are really noisy due to the street noises. We changed the room and everything was fine. We liked the old and elegant style of the hotel. It also has a nice bar and lounge area. Beware of people taking ***** outside on the streets everywhere in Downtown. We didn't go out after sunset. (Unfortunately it seems thats normal now in large cities of the US) No blame for the hotel and staff. They were really nice there.

This was such a unique hotel experience, and I found it very difficult to review. On the positive side, the location and view from our 4th (top) floor room was amazing and unmatched for the price. Also, the hotel itself is very quirky, unique, and charming. The lobby and the main floor had a great vibe, and there's a coffee bar and restaurant just inside. The room itself was unique and we loved it. Everything functioned as it was supposed to. All the positives aside, I have never stayed in a hotel room with a noise issue. The windows and walls must be so uninsulated that you hear everything going on outside. Simple car traffic below or a seagull cawing was heard clear as day. We had a very difficult time sleeping, to put it lightly and were thankful we had booked only one night.

I travelled to Seattle on a work trip and not only can I not say enough good things about this hotel but I can’t say enough good things about Chris, who works at the front desk. I had an issue with my room/key sensor and he was so attentive and kind when he was trying to fix it. Such a lovely, positive attitude and even though I had to switch rooms, he made the experience so seamless and he definitely made my trip. The hotel was beautiful, the amenities made it such a nice experience coming back to the room after work, and the bed was so comfortable. Could’ve probably stayed living there to be honest; will definitely be telling my coworkers to stay here if they come to Seattle.
