Palazzo Lakeside Hotel

After a stressful morning having to leave another hotel because of problems, we were so happy to find this place! It definitely saved our trip. A very nicely renovated hotel, that is sparkling clean. Our bed was so comfortable, and the room was spotless and spacious! Had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable stay to relax at the end of park days. Service was so friendly and welcoming as well. Only had trouble a couple times trying to get someone to pick up the phone at the front desk, but otherwise we would absolutely stay here again.

The Palazzo is a really well kept, clean, bright, fresh smelling hotel. All positive signs on arrival. The entry is gated so feels secure. (The area is fine, with a couple food optionswalking distance and shops, also an easy drive to anywhere youd want, but not the most beautiful) Minutes from old town which was great fun, and world of food trucks!||The reception stagf are friendly and welcoming. The lobby is bright and attractive. There are pictures with religious phrases displayed throughout, but not such that it feels oppressive or uncomfortable. ||Our room had the comfiest pillow soft bed, and plenty of room and all the amenities we'd hope for. This was a bitter sweet stay. Breakfast hall/room is beyond beautiful and spacious . Offering many things and something for everyone. But coffee is sad and juice was even worse . Maybe they were so busy so machines weren’t filled but that was not passable tor me. Waffle machines are good and cereal as well… but only one option for milk. Many option for food but just quality was not what was expected for how beautiful it all looked . Rooms also “ look beautiful “… as they are “up to date “ but just the cheapest material possible . Looked like DIY’s. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shower had NO hot water . Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but wasn’t dusty , dirty , or dingy. Amenities outside is what saves this hotel and gives it much beauty. For the price I would pick this over a hotel

Genuinely avoid them if your flight has a delay or you're looking for good customer service. I called them way in advance to let them know about my delayed flight and asked them MULTIPLE times if it was okay if I was 2 hours late from my estimated arrival. They said it was perfectly fine. When we arrive, they claim our room was sold within those 2 hours....mind you it was 1 AM. Do you genuinely want me to believe you sold my room within 2 hours at that time? Plus, I called in advance. They told me I could contact someone for a refund. To no surprise, they refused the refund anyway. Robbed me of 500 dollars---thank you!
