Pacifica Host Hotels

I booked Rainbow Bend Resort through Hotels.com and it was a disaster from the start. They claim to allow late check-ins, but when I arrived, no one answered the phone — not once. Hotels.com went above and beyond trying to reach them and help me, but the resort never responded. When I finally checked in the next morning, I told them my dog Romeo is a service animal, and management demanded “proof” — which is illegal under the Americans with Disabilities Act. When I refused to hand over papers that don’t exist, I was told to leave and that I wasn’t welcome back. The room was dirty, the sheets were inside out, the floor was sticky, and the staff pushed for tips on a “complimentary” breakfast. Between the ADA violation, poor service, and lack of cleanliness, this place shouldn’t call itsel

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The staff were not only professional, but genuinely kind and attentive — you can tell they care about their guests. The atmosphere is warm, the service is flawless, and every detail is taken care of with pride. I travel often, but few places have left such a positive impression on me. Truly a hidden gem — thank you for making my stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was given this location number before and talked to someone there that takes care of the mer Soleil apartments in Golden gate Naples Florida and their extension has changed now when I call the receptionist no one ever answers I'm having serious issues here with the complex and no one their answers or gets back to me I need to know if this place does have someone there that takes care of it and if they can get back to me ASAP before I get a lawyer involved with the situation I'm going through and now its been two weeks and no answer still guess action will be taken soon if no one responds

I've had the pleasure of staying at one of their San Diego Hotels, Westin Lake Las Vegas, Napa property and when visiting family in Santa Rosa, we stay at their Marriott Courtyard. Staff members from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping are all so friendly!
