Seemed like a decent place to stay considering it is an old style ran down motel. I’ve stayed a couple of times. The last time I stayed there, there was no room service. I had to go down to the office to receive toilet paper, towels and wash clothes. When I mentioned that I had no room service the owner replied that sometimes when there isn’t a lot of people occupying rooms then the staff doesn’t clean or stock rooms. I’m pretty sure that is included in the price at most places to stay. I mean, if you don’t mind having to go to the front desk when you need to poop or shower then it’s not that big of a deal. The most recent time that I was going to stay at this motel, I had been in a motorcycle accident and had been to the ER with hospital papers that were submitted also there was a snow st

Not worth the money that I paid for. If they’re going to charge so much for a room the least they can do is buy some cleaning supplies to clean up this place. Staff is very friendly, but the rooms and restrooms are disgusting and smell weird. There’s stains on the walls restroom curtains are really dirty furniture is super old. NOT what it looks like on pictures, and we were supposed to get a “Deluxe” room. The bed sheets had holes. I’m glad I brought my own blankets from home. The walls throughout the room were disgustingly dirty. The fridge and microwave are inside the bathroom also had an odd smell to it. Do not recommend this place at all. If you’re looking for something around $140 look for another place. I’m sorry but this place was a regret 100% specially if you’re bringing your kids

Horrible! Booked through Priceline. The picture posted was maybe halfway decent through priceline just ok to sleep at night and get out all day. We get there and theres people lingering around cleaning their cars looking as if on drugs and all this mess outside...I call Priceline to cancel and these people dont respond back to priceline AND keep the money plus at 3 we show up to ask what's going on and the owner yells through her drive- thru window to get out of their property... just a nightmare. The motel is a disgust in person and so are the owners. I have pictures to provide... if need. Im trying to post and its not allowing me to do so! BEWARE... Those phony pictures and NOT walking distance to Knottsberry Farm either. THESE SUCH AWESOME REVIEWS CANNOT BE REAL! AND THE NAMES JUST D

I booked one night and had to add another because I LOVE this motel. The managers, Rick and Frannie handle everything quickly, professionally, and in an incredibly friendly way. The quality of the rooms is perfect too: the fridges are larger than the typical mini fridges, there are more outlets than you'll ever need, the bathroom was so clean I coild soak in the tub without hesitation, toilet and towels were spotless, all sheets are clean and crisp, AC worked PERFECTLY and accurately, and the list goes on and on. The area feels very safe and parking was easy. I chose a first floor room and was able to sleep PERFECTLY for the first time in weeks in utter quiet (no footsteps) and in a perfectly dark room. No light from the parking lot passed through the blackout curtains. I woul recommend Pa

Rick and team are real friendly and make for great hosts. Check in is easy and there is always plenty of parking available. Room is renovated relatively recently and was very comfortable. I am not sure if every unit has a fridge and microwave but mine does. Ac/heater works well and the room has a coffee maker, hair dryer and ironing board by the sink. Closet is in the open which is an interesting concept I have never seen before but makes the room feel bigger. Bathroom is good and bed is relatively comfortable. Overall the whole room is very clean and there are outlets everywhere to charge your electronics.
