Pacesetter Motel

Nope... I no longer speak to Ms.V for taking me to such a scary place. Wow!!! and my location was on.. Wow!!! "Got to be more careful". It was scary.. for a certain type of people, no disrespect intended. The torn furniture the overheated room, the alley way feel, the dirty everything just wasn't for me. I should have stayed in my own lane and not Ms. V's "That's how rumors get started."

This place was a horrible place to stay you constantly have to either worry about bed bugs and/or cockroaches. The land lady is horrible and trys to state that you owe her money when you leave when you don't and this place is just the slums. It's the worst place that I have ever had the missfortune of staying at. It's a crazy amount that she charges by the week and god forbid that you have anything that she would want since she will do anything in her power to keep those items. There is constant drunk fights and drug dealers and users. She has rules about not being drunk, fighting or using/dealing drugs but she does nothing about it since she doesn't want the state to not send paroles there to live when they are getting out of jail. God forbid you call the cops on someithing that is

It's what you'd expect from a colfax motel. It's a convenient location. They have kitchenettes. They also are a little dated. Make sure you start aware of the area for there are safety concerns. I do like it here because the owner is very vigilant of its need for your enjoyment on the property.

Been here 5 years now. Wow right? I keep it clean. The rent is $200 more now. Instead of $1600 it will be $1800 a month come September 1st 2023. Its just like apt living. Just on Colfax. No application fees, 1st or last .No pool but I don't swim. No exercise room, but I don't work out. If u have a car, great. Please don't let ur alarm go off every 30 minutes. No play ground. Just be quiet and just Live and let live. Edit: July 5th. 2024. 8 years living here now. I got a brand new bed and box spring last week and a new oven yesterday. They - the owners - the young men,are really doing better. Actually for the past year or so. Just be polite and let them know if something is wrong or not right. First off, I don’t even know where to begin… Found a roach in the bath tub… I sat on the couch for a while then kept feeling something crawling so I lifted the couch cover to check to see if there was more bugs. Lo and behold There Was A Needle Syringe. 😷 Clearly rooms aren’t being thoroughly cleaned, nor checked. Seeing that this is East Colfax I feel as though rooms should be checked more often and Cleaned properly. 0/05 Stars
