Ozark Inn & Suites

The room was a hazard!!! No towels, 220 outlet the A/C outlet plugged into had no cover, trash bag with trash that leaked was under vanity stuck to the cabinet with dirty wash cloth. My granddaughter almost choked on a single shot alcohol lid left in the room. Asked for refund after an hour of being there and asking for clean towels. Said they would have the manager call me and then silence! Called multiple times and no answer!! Horrible service and sanitation! Pool also broke!!

The room we were in was immaculate! Everything had been remodeled and was done well (I'm a stickler for noticing the "landlord special"). The bed was SO comfortable but the pillows were very thin. I booked here because it has an indoor pool and hot tub but they were closed (the booking price reflected that).

I made a mistake and booked through expedia, never again, but due to the text customer service they have, I accidentally canceled my reservation, so I called both Expedia and Ozark Inn, literally within minutes. Both refused to honor the hotel night stay, said the other was responsible, and it was my fault. So, They weren't reinstating my room, even though they got paid. So basically, they got free money, greed! Horrible business.

Very nice people at the Motel.

We obtained a room at the Ozarks Inn and Suites at a better than reasonable rate. This is not the Hilton, but we also didn't pay Hilton prices; we were looking for a warm/cool place to lay our heads for the night, and the Ozark Inn was perfect for what we needed in a pinch on the off season. Would we stay again? If in the area, I would not hesitate to stay at the Ozark Inn and Suites. Awesome centralized location, close to just about anything you need. The management was extremely kind and accommodating to our needs, and we arrived on Christmas day, a time when it's not easy to find much help.
