It's a decent hotel. It's just the sheets that smell weird.

I book two rooms due to evacuation due to the hurricane coming from tampa florida. The front desk was rude and where saying they didn't have any rooms available to contact the customer service but then my wife got out and witness another person booking a room but the guy was charging her weight to much that what I booked for and she had pest which he was charging then like another room and demanding cash. Another customer came to complain about her room not being clean, and they were trying to charge her additional money for cleaning. Let's not start with the smell that the hotel had. I ended up leaving. I'm just letting you guys know my experience it was the worst. I needed a place to stay because everything was packed, and that was my only option to stay with my family but not under thos

Sleeping in my car would have been preferable to the room I got. Everything sucked. I was told the room was ready, it wasn't. No liner in the trash bins, no tissue in the tissue box. There were two remotes for the TV which neither worked. I couldn't get anything to eat because the room was closed. There was 'activity' going on outside my room all night. This was the worst experience I've ever had renting at motels. Never again.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a couple of nights too many. The first night was $50 and went we went to renew (a Monday) she wanted $80. I checked later and their website said $60. When I went down to get a second key, he charged me $2 and said it would be $2 more if I didn’t return it. When I asked if there was a guest laundry, he offered to do it for $30/load. The room was filthy and was literally crawling with bugs. Everywhere. Neighborhood was sketchy at one point there was two drunk people in the parking lot one with his butt in the air and The Other was standing next to him. While the surrounding area is a bit"sketchy" the Hotel as a whole is very nice. Pleasant Service, clean executive suite type room( I booked a 1bd king size rm) it was sooo nice. Clean,well kept, just all around beautiful. Sure,they weren't 5star worthy,nor were they aspiring to be however, to be labeled a two star is a grave travesty. Ok,sure...they didn't have an ice machine; ok,sure they may not had a vending machine, but there was a convenience store within walking distance so,it's all good. Oh,finally...the price? Well..I was expecting to shell out about...$62 dollars tops,with tax( price before taxes $56) so to pay $80 was a bit shocking,but otherwise it's cool. Definitely will be visiting here again when I'm in the area.
