OYO Hotel Kissimee West

My friend and I stayed at the OYO Relax Inn for a week. While the room was clean, this is not a family oriented hotel. People were screaming and arguing at 6:00 in the morning waking us, a strong smell of marijuana lingered, and there were homeless families renting out the rooms. Every single day we had to ask the hotel for clean towels and trash bags. In addition to that, the maintenance worker gave us attitude about finding a blow dryer. He told us they didn’t have one, when we told them the website advertised this, the front desk man told the worker to go to the warehouse and get us one. Our beds were not made one single day while staying here as well. We left a day early. Needless to say, we will not EVER be staying here again. This was a good comfy location. We extended our vacation by a few days and decided to stay here because the rate was affordable and the rooms looked decent online. Don't judge a book by its cover! The building is brown and plain but the rooms are well kept and the staff is very friendly. The only thing that seemed missing in my room was an iron but as soon as I asked it was brought to my room. Lots of land for the kids to run around in but be careful of ants (Florida, duh.) Would definitely stay here again!

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a full size refrigerator and a microwave. There was no blow dryer, shampoo , conditioner or iron even though there was an ironing board. Did not like the fact there was no chain or bar to secure the door. Had to pay 50 cents for one small bucket of ice. I would definitely stay here again, just bring a blow dryer shampoo and conditioner because I could not wash my hair which made me feel nasty to go to the parks the next morning

This is a low budget motel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable furniture including mini fridge and microwave. The staff is also very friendly. There is nothing to complain about especially considering the money you're saving. I can easily recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget that still prefers quality.

Place is wrong in every single way. Before we even get to the hotel they charge us, what kind of hotel does that? We pull up it looks nothing like it did in pictures on websites. It looks very run down. We are about to check in and the lady who has an extremely bad attitude tells us it's going to be 10$ extra per night. We're nice people, and they were very rude. Then they tell us it's going to be a $100 credit card deposit that we will get back in 6 days. Because they were extremely and the rooms smelled like mold we cancelled. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
