Orchard Street Hotel

Positive: The view was amazing Negative: When we checked in, we were given a room key. There was somebody already in that room. We were give another room. The second day they are thermostat broke a temp was 82. Reported but it was never fixed before we left 2 days later

I worked with the Orchard Street Hotel to organize a block of rooms for a work conference this September, and the experience was excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful with booking, adjusting dates, and accommodating all of our team’s requests. ||In particular, Rueben and Yasmine went above and beyond. They were both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay with attentive and friendly staff. The room and hallways have a strong unpleasant odor. My door was severely damaged, as if there had been an attempted break-in. The room itself was very small and you can hear everything (walls are very thin). I am staying for three nights and asked upfront to cancel my last night to leave earlier, but the hotel refused to give me a refund for that night. Overall, a huge disappointment

2nd time booking a last-minute room here. I have been given excellent service each time. Shamira always makes booking easy, and the guys in the morning make checking out hassle-free. Rooms are clean and the wifi works great. They'll always be my 1st option if I need a hotel nearby.

Perfect hotel for couples or solo travelers, small room but personally I didnt need much more. Around good area plenty of bars nearby and good food. Amazing staff especially to Shamira, amazing host and gave amazing recommendations. Even wished me a happy birthday. Plus amazing rooftop, perfect place to watch the snow fall and have a good breakfast.
