❗️❗️❗️This place is a scam. The day of check-in they kept calling me nonstop. You can’t find the place on the map and their photos look fake. They showed a picture of a room with a bathroom on expedia that says good for 4 people but could not accommodate me and my 3 friends. I had to book another hotel last minute and they told me they will give me a refund but they never did. ❗️❗️❗️

Impressive hospitality from the moment I arrived. My room had a great view and the perfect amount of space for one person. The in-room dining exceeded expectations, and the bath amenities were luxurious. Would gladly stay again on my next solo trip.

Overall a great experience. The hotel was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The service was quick, and the breakfast selection was tasty. Definitely a solid choice for a weekend trip

I was looking for a hotel for my family with young kids. On check-in day, while driving in NYC traffic, I was aggressively encouraged to check in early via text then phone call, when I found out I will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with people other than my family. The host promised a refund if I canceled, so I canceled and booked a different hotel at the last minute. The host ghosted me, and never refunded or responded after a 2-week follow-up. The Expedia listing was updated from "communal living" to "shared bathroom" and "shared kitchen," so apparently my feedback was helpful. Coincidentally, the hostel rating went from a 7/10, to a 10/10, so all the negative reviews were also removed. A fantastic place to unwind and relax. The hotel had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the spa treatments were heavenly.
