Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia

Positive: Staff/Location and outdoor common areas make up for rooms and dreary walkways to the rooms that need attn Negative: When I walked into my ?free upgrade to pool view? room 216 and definitely could no see the pool and looked around I thought this doesn?t feel like a 5* resort. The bathroom was nice the rest of the room avg. I then killed a bug on the bed.

Nice Hotel - But super poor customer service experience. I asked if they could grab the pair of sunglasses left behind for me with a note in my friends room after checkout and they said they could send them to me. I assumed they were just super busy so it wasn't a problem. I got home and received an e-mail asking me to pay 25 dollars for them to send them to me. Honestly super shocking considering how nice the hotel is and that other hotels/dinning spots would send left behind items at no cost. Interesting policy, the front desk should of said something about the price of shipping.

This resort is awesome. Would definitely recommend staying here. Location is great for all activities. The resort is a Vibe! Feels like you're in a foreign country. Very clean, relaxing with the numerous fountains throughout the property. Staff were all very courteous. Cool little coffee shop. Easy check in process. The pool was 10/10, a highlight with adult pool and servers bringing drinks and food.

The overall experience was wonderful. The girls at the front desk were very accommodating, as were the valet staff. The room, nice & clean. Note - The bathtub tap did however leak when turned fully up. The stroll around the resort, very peaceful. The main restaurant was fantastic. Server, Jonathan in particular, remarkable. We may even sway from our usual stay at the Fairmont after this first experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, my stay was fine. The first night there were a few bugs in my room, but I took care of them and didn’t see any after that. The bathtub had a consistent drip, which didn’t bother me much but did feel like a waste of water. I self-parked, and retrieving my car was easy at $30 per day. The pools were heated, which was a nice touch, and there was plenty of seating around both the pools and common areas. The restaurant consistently provided excellent service. I ordered a steak to share, and the peppercorn sauce was outstanding, demi-glace was questionable perhaps it was just molasses. The rooms were very large and open, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. My room also had a patio, which I appreciated. All in all, it’s a really nice property with great service throughout. Tha
