Omeo Suites Big Bear

Jason who works the front desk and room was amazing and very accommodating. Our flight was canceled and he checked us in and even woke up at 3:30am to help us once we did arrive. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They gave us everything we needed and called to ask if we needed anything. Very great location right across a bowling alley and bistro. Just a two minute drive to the village and magic mountain. Snow summit is five minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

What an incredible hotel! First off, we travel quite often to the Big Bear area during this time of year and can safely say that I’ve stay at 90% of the hotels in this area. This was our first time staying with Omeo Suites and everything exceeded expectations by a long shot. Upon check in we met with Jason whom was very kind and insured multiple times though out our stay that everything was great. The lobby was bright and clean and with a nice fireplace inside. There was snacks and water there the entire time. Our room was recently updated with an amazing bed, great TV, and everything we needed within. Very clean hotel. You are walking distance to the village and anything you need! Probably one of the better ones in Big Bear. I will be staying here again. Thank you Jason.

We stayed here last week. Rooms were decent. Service was impeccable especially Molly. Molly was really understanding , warm and helpful, but the only downside was the manager Rob. I believe he was not trained for his role very well he was very cold and rude . I quote “ If you ask him something he’ll be like oh I don’t know how to work this or fix it or I don’t use this at all” I hope he can change his attitude and hopefully they’ll get more people with a satisfactory stay.

Worst family vacation stay ever!!! 10-1-23 kids were very sad. lose of sleep. Bed was filthy like they just sanitized it. Extra blanket was coved in hair and stains. **Worst part was the construction remodel that was being done above my room from two to 10 o’clock at night. Woke up my kids on several occasions it rained that week end so we were stuck in our hotel room. We had talked to the staff at the front desk she had stopped lasted about an hour, and then it continued on till 10 o’clock at night . very inconsiderate. than I was quoted one price for the Room look on my bank statement and they charged me more. Motel 6 is more considerate. I am a frequent visitor of Big Bear. That is basically my family second home and to see a hotel act like this when they’re charging like they are is v

Small hotel 5 minutes walking to the village, right across the bowling Barn, walking distance to the village, a little noisy from the cars on the road but nothing big deal(no that many cars at night time anyways) |Room#110: Large cozy room with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, heater toilet seat, nice size T.V. |The front desk has some coffee, tea, granola bars, pancakes maker(no mix), toaster(no bread), massage sofa, small pool table, fireplace, some utensils. |For the price, I think is a great place to stay, great location with walking distance to the shops. It is big bear where most of the places are super small and expensive. |I will definitely come back. Remember is Big Bear where you go to enjoy the snow, the village or the lake not to stay in your room.
