Olympic Inn & Suites

I had a great stay here! The room was huge, very clean, and came with a big sofa and ottoman which made it extra comfortable to relax in. The beds were cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with plenty of hot water. The room also had a huge smart TV and high-speed WiFi, which was a nice bonus for the price I paid. The only small issue was that the microwave wasn’t fully working—the internal plate didn’t rotate—but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, for the space, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, this inn is well worth it. I’d definitely stay again!

Positive: Location Negative: The Front Desk Agent has no customer interaction personality. (Not welcoming for guests). The two housekeeping ladies were very helpful in fixing the leaky shower head which spray the ceiling and literally soaked the entire bathroom floor.

WORST place ever! Do not book here. They won’t give a refund for any reason. When we pulled in to check into the hotel, there were police and ambulances there. Nobody answered the phone and the place looked like it was empty because there were no cars there. I was not comfortable with staying in a place that had that much police activity. They would not give us a refund so we begrudgingly checked into the hotel. The room they gave us 107 looked like it had been Mauled by a wild cat. All of the carpet was torn up. The couch was torn up, and there was a giant blood stain on our mattress. Please refer to the pictures I have added. It was so bad I refuse to take a shower in it, and we slept in our clothes. Having stayed in 100s of hotels, these rooms are amazing in their size, the beds are super comfortable, the refrigerators have a freezer with actual space you can use, the internet works! and the staff are super nice. The location is very convenient and the price is great too. I have been here on a weekly basis for months after a not so great time at the nearby brand hotel and am very happy the I decided to support a local business.

Room was great and we had a good time until coming home and finding that they charged us for "missing towels and stained towels" when we had our own towels and left every towel in the room. Then was told there was no proof of said missing and stained towels. Manager refused to refund the money. Definitely check your accounts since they are okay charging money for no reason
