ABERDEEN MOTEL

I have a family member who attempted to stay there last night June 25, 2025. They left because they got more than they bargained for. Let's just say they have people friendly roaches who will come right out and say their hello's and goodbyes. It may not be Joe's apartment but it's definitely their motel. No refunds. This place looks safe until you decide to relax and suddenly you have new friends that you didn't bargain for.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and, though the staff was very friendly and polite, the whole place is a bit of a mess. I don't know if they are remodeling but there's trash all over the parking lot, like wood, a mattress, buckets and other random stuff. The inside of the room was much better than the parking lot but not by much. I asked for a smokers room which you expect to have burn holes but the amount was overwhelming. They were all over the blankets as well as the chairs. The walls were not repaired well, you can see holes in the seems as well as the unlevellness of the plaster. They are also VERY thin. We could hear everything so it was a bit hard to get comfortable. The carpets are this beautiful green color but it looks like it's been a minute since they were vacuumed or

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT AGREE WITH MOST OF THE REVIEWS ON HERE🤯 They are so much better than the reviews portray! I'm in room 122 and the room is VERY nice and cozy in fact it's cleaner than the other motels I have stayed in around the area and the bathroom is clean and I need to get the word out that the reviews are so NOT TRUE. I wasn't sure if I was going to get a room at first because I read the last few things that people had said that they had a horrible time because of the cleaning and the bathroom BUT I AM GOING TO SAY THAT YOU CAN BE SAFE AND CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE IN THE ABERDEEN HOTEL! I JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I GOT THE MESSAGE ACROSS. DONT BE DISCOURAGED TO MAKE IT YOUR NEXT HOTEL STAY.

It's not a great motel. Just a standard place for a reasonable price. The wifi wasn't working for a while but they got it to connect to my phone (finally.) Older reviews speak ill of the management team, but the new management is super cool. The main lady is super nice and she takes new ideas very well. Beds are clean, one room had a dirty thing in the bathroom but we were moved so it's all good. Shady things go down but that's not the management's fault. There is a fridge and microwave available. Overall a nice enough stay so far. I'd say it's worth the price they charge.

This place is absolutely disgusting. My daughter stayed there for a cpl days and what I saw when I got there made me wanna run home and shower. The carpet and bedding was filthy and stained, the floor tile in the bathroom was cracked/coming up from the floor or just missing, there were permenant stains from lack of cleaning covering the tub/toilet/sink, and there were mismatched paint splotches all over the walls(where I'm assuming they tried covering blood splatter. Lol). And for what they charged, (around $100 a night), i expected at LEAST a clean experience. I can't stress enough, how important it is to pass this place by as fast as possible.
