Olsen Hotel Condo

The location is perfect! The beautiful beach is just at some steps away. Many restaurants at walking distance. The building is old “ art deco style” but it is in good shape, secure, and quiet, the room is remodeled. Good AC, hot water! We had a nice stay!

Place was old, but easily accommodated 2 of us for a week. We spent very little time in the room, so it served us well. Room was clean, bed was surprisingly comfortable, even if its a bit firmer as far as mattresses go. Bathroom was ok, shower was ok, However, we wished it would have been stocked with more tp and we ended up having to buy some. Kitchen was very small, but effective and I cooked breakfast every morning with only the hotplate. Location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. Access point and beach rinse showers are kiddie corner so getting to and from the beach is so easy and we watched the sunrise 4 out of 7 of the days. Can be challenging to find parking! Especially during busy times. Had to move the car from over 2 blocks away more than once after spots opened

Art Deco building steps from the beach. This is a historic building in a very unique and beautiful location. You literally come out and you have the beautiful Miami Beach in front of you. There are all great restaurants and shops also all around that area. They also have live music at around the corner. Very satisfied with the stay and I would recomment it.

Run Run. I usually do not write bad reviews, but with this one I need to warn people. RUN RUN RUN. I have no Idea who wrote all these nice reviews, this is a run-down roach infested building with broken entrance door / elevator, disgusting lobby by if you can call it that which smells like urine over a dyke bar. It is nowhere near being in a clean or quiet place, this building was a hustle which Gail tried to renovate and now he is advertising it as a hotel, it is just a big joke. The building is so unsafe and worse than that the music and the noise from the bar is unbearable. Save yourself and book somewhere.

Its a very old place. Kept up very well. However their beds were terrible! But location wise its right on the beach. So it was a good place for visitors.
