I bought a place here about 3 months ago and I absolutely love living here. There is no drama, no drugs that I'm aware of I feel safe, the management is totally awesome. If you're looking for a nice chill place this is it. Sometimes they have rent to own places I know there's a few up for sale right now. One of the good things is we have a community room where they put the mail so your mail and packages are always behind a locked door.
Great I've lived here for almost 3 hrs wonderful manager and good neighbors for the most part lol
The manager is awesome, and it is easy to pay rent. Neighbors are friendly. Amenities are limited, but the price of rent makes it acceptable.
Always want it to visit...! It is huge .. you can't see the other side of the lake.! So nice and relaxed place.
