O'Hare Inn and Suites

This place was by far the WORST I've ever stayed at. Smells like straight up cigarettes, our bathroom room ceiling was leaking. We didn't even trust to sleep under the covers... it was just absolutey dirty. Looks like the place hasn't been updated in YEARS. Never never again. The only reason we stayed there is because our flight got very delayed & it was so late we couldn't catch the bus home till the next morning. But we didn't feel comfortable staying here, AT ALL🤢

Despite what you may read, THER IS NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. Lyft was around $22||Getting into the city is at least twice that.||Toilet is about to fall off of its mount. Door was difficult to close and lock.||Internet weak and slow.||Did have hot water, decent bed and towels.||"Breakfast", such as it was, amounted to a few dry cookies, some cereal and dried coffee out of a jar. You put in the hot water. Masty.||Good news: there's decent coffee at the Dunkin's just next door.||Quiet enough despite its proximity to Ohare.

This was one of the worst motel stays I’ve had. The room had a strong cigarette smell that wouldn’t go away. Cleanliness was very poor—the room and bathroom were not properly cleaned at all. The lights were dim and barely worked. The AC was not working, which made the room very uncomfortable. The bathroom was in terrible condition, and even the power sockets were loose and unreliable. The only acceptable thing was the bed, which was just okay. I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option, but unfortunately there isn’t. Overall, not worth the money and I would not recommend staying here.

Positive: The only good thing about this hotel is, it is very close to the O'hare airport. Other than that, nothing was positive about this place. Not a great place to stay to be honest. Negative: I went to stay in this hotel with my family. I had a very bad experience here. This hotel has many repairs to be done. Starting with lights, shower, sink, etc., everything was broken/not working properly. Response from the team was very poor.

It's a cheap hotel, and you get what you pay for. The room is warm, the door locks, and everything is reasonably clean. I don't feel unsafe leaving my belongings here, and it's super close to the airport. They don't offer wifi, the water pressure is a little weak, there's no microwave (but there is a mini fridge), and the walls and furniture show a lot of wear. If you're using this just as a place to sleep for the night, it works. If you want to spend a lot of time in a hotel, then it's probably not the best option. Expect the room service to take care of the important things. An out light will be replaced, your shampoo and soap restocked, but your bed won't be made for you.
