Motel 6 Schiller Park, IL - Chicago O'Hare

The entire front desk staff and the general manager gets an A+ for hospitality and customer service the entire staff made my stay wonderful. Love the room very clean check in process amazing. The front desk staff was always ready to answer any questions and gave good recommendations for food in the area. The security guard was doing rounds making sure the grounds were secured and in good conditions They are very attentive to all the customers concerns and if it was a problem, but it wasn’t they definitely would address it. The cleaning crew all had a friendly face and always greet you. The location is very convenient in my opinion the best Motel 6 in the greater Chicagoland area.

I don't recommend anyone comes here if you want to find poop on the ceiling, mysterious stains and smells coming from everywhere in the room. There is no protection between you in the mattress beside a flimsy sheet. I doubt they ever clean. They might just flip the sheet over an on to the next guest. Service was horrible they didn't care that there was poop on the ceiling and smeard poop on the bathroom walls. They didn't care about it smelling like a dead body in the room. Or that the rooms are infested with mold. The mattresses were so unhygienic and so old they were probably from the time that the motel first opened. The staff unfortunately didn’t provide much detail at check in, I had to ask after everything was said and done where exactly our room was and they had a hard time explaining that. Had to return as our booking for 3 adults in the room they only provided 2 towels. Didn’t advise any info about checking out just asked us to make sure we knew the TVs weren’t working in our room. Also needed to ask for more info on where the ice machine was, if a little map maybe had been provided or something to forgo the questions would’ve been helpful. The room itself was tidy except for some bugs on the sheets on one of the beds which and been wiped into the sheet and then obviously not changed afterwards. Other a decent budget motel if you want to figure things out yourself.

Great Service from Front Desk George (Jorge)! Very understanding and very helpful.. Good prices on the Rooms as well. Schiller park is a very good location for this Motel. Some Hotels dont even provide great service the way this team does. 8/10 rating for me.
