Off Soho Suites

The good - it is well priced, we got a private bedroom and the kids stayed on a sofa bed in the other room, there is a full kitchen and a fridge and location is in a good place in the middle of NY where you can get to everywhere on the subway. It's also located in a quiet street with no traffic noise. The bad - our heating system did not make the rooms hot enough (we got extra blankets for the second night, and it wasn't cold after they tweaked the heating). The kitchen did not come with things that are usually in other hotels like coffee, tea. So for someone coming for a few days, you either have to buy everything or bring them from home. We didn't check in advance so it was a bit annoying. The pillows could have been better. Overall, great value for the money we spent.

The room is great and spacious, clean, and regular cleaning services. I recommend you stay here if you want to be in the midst of everything, we were able to walk almost everywhere due to the location being so close to all the touristy activities. THANK YOU.

The location itself is great. Close to train stations. It is however very loud after 10:00p. There are a couple bars on the street. We didn’t realize this when booking.

We had a three night stay booked, and ended up arriving to NYC one day earlier so we booked an extra night separately. The location is great and the rooms are spacious and decent. However, we immediately noticed how frigid the room was. We called the front desk and got different explanations. One person said the heat was working fine, another said the boiler is out and will be fixed shortly. They offered to bring up a space heater. We left and came back two hours earlier to the same frigid room. We tried to take a nap in the bedroom closing the door to heat up the room, only to be locked inside the room due to a broken door knob. We had to call the front desk for them to come rescue us. The front desk person was super warm and immediately changed our room. It was also frigid in the new roo
