Do not stay at this hotel.||There is a misleading website that appears to be the hotel’s official site but actually routes bookings through Priceline with non-refundable rates. When issues arise and you dispute charges, the hotel claims it is “not them” and directs you back to Priceline. This feels intentionally designed to avoid responsibility.||On the first night, our air conditioning broke. I immediately notified the front desk. The woman working the desk was extremely rude and said she would take care of it. Eight hours later, when we returned, nothing had been done. No one had even entered the room.||When I returned to the desk, her response—without looking up—was:||“I told him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Angel at the front desk was amazing! She was so kind, helpful, and professional from the start. She gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Miami (also there is a restaurant at the hotel with good food.), which made my trip even better. She really cares about guests and goes the extra mile. Because of her, my stay was wonderful. Highly recommend! Good location close to lots of stuff to do

Great budget hotel and a fantastic option for a comfortable short stay. It appears no elevator or on site parking, so this is a better fit if you travel light and have no physical restrictions. There were no windows in our room, but it was decorated beautifully and didn’t really bother us as we were only there one night from evening until morning. The only site restaurant is a nice option as well as the complimentary happy hour. We didn’t get to use either, but would have if we had a longer stay. This hotel is much more affordable than typical hotels in Miami Beach!

This place is perfect. Cèsar checked us in. He was polite, courteous, and got us checked in ASAP. The room was perfect. Comfy bed, nice bathroom/shower, and cold as ice. When I travel I tend to not sit in the room all day and night so there isn’t a need for anything more. The restaurant is amazing. Staffs impeccable. And food is on point. And it’s on the corner so you can watch all the richers feel cool driving around in their luxury cars. Next morning we met Zach, this guy was so polite, so kind, so attentive, you’d be so lucky to cross paths with him. I could keep going on but I’ll leave it at this… if you want a nice hotey, that you’ll feel very well taken care of at, look no further. This place and the amazing staff will exceed your expectations.

It was a last minute trip for a friends surprise party I was visiting from California . Booking with Oceanside hotel was easy and fast thanks to the great customer service I received from a kind front desk agent Called Angel. She told me about different things the hotel has to offer and crack a nice joke with me to cheer up my day we need more people like her these days kindness goes a long way. Definitely give this hotel a 10/10 for comfort, convenience and customer service . Will recommend to others 🩷
