Ocean Surf Resort

The pool was very nice and maintained well. The best part of this hotel is the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. However, the rooms are very outdated and could use some work. Bathrooms were way too tight as well considering the price I paid. Parking is limited. Other than that, hotel is in a great location as everything is within walking distance. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating

I have never experienced this in the USA.|Don’t trust the official photos of the « Resort » . This place is falling into pieces.|The screen door was ripped off on the balcon . They sent someone to repair it but the room we were in was shabby and old.|When I mentioned our astonishment the réceptionnist told me people came back every year because they enjoyed the resort so much. |Well maybe some people don’t feel frustrated paying $ 600 for a night for such an accommodation and that’s good for their business. Yet I feel I need to warn travellers and let them know about our experience.

Had a great stay at the ocean surf resort! with my wife and our 21& 18 year olds. Had a great time. Walking distance to the town and right on the beach!! The place was clean, beds were comfortable ,opened the door and listened to the waves crash! What a view of the beach and ocean. The pool was clean and attended too. No complaints. Definitely will look into this place next year!

Amazing location, right on the beach. Staff were all super nice and accommodating. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas to use on the beach. First come first serve. Pool was well maintained. Room has AC for hot summer nights, but we turned it off and opened the windows to listen to the waves while falling asleep. That's how close we were to the beach!

The location was nice and right by the beach, however nothing looked like the pictures online when we did the reservation. Room is small and was advertised with a balcony, but it didn’t have one. Check in/ check out time didn’t make sense, way over priced for what it is. Limited parking and with an additional charge, they don’t even offer a 24 hour service like all other hotels. Went to sleep on the bed it was rock hard and not comfortable, went on the sofa and it had metal bars that kept poking my back, so i end up sleeping on the ground and it was more comfortable. I paid over $700 and drove more than 4 hours to sleep on the floor. Total scam, do not book find something else.
