Really prime location and the room is spacious! Felt very comfortable. The front desk guy and the lady who helped with breakfast were super nice and helpful. Breakfast very good and fair, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spacious. We had plenty of room for four adults. The staff were so friendly. So responsive to any question or concern. The morning breakfast was delicious. The location cannot be beat! One block and you are on the beach. They have reserved beach chairs and towels. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Great location, one block of distance from the beach (super clean) and two blocks from a Walgreens supermarket. The area is excellent, with many restaurants, fast foods and shops. The hotel offers free beach services (two chairs per room and beach towels) in the area reserved for guests. Beach umbrellas were available for a fee. The service provided by the staff (Pedro, Gonçalo, and Franco) was exceptional. They were always very thoughtful, friendly, eager to provide information and help with everything. A special thanks also goes to the lady who helped with breakfast and room cleaning.|The accommodations were excellent (there were three of us separeted in two rooms). In the rooms, there was a minibar, a microwave and kitchen utensils, which were very helpful on days when we arrived tired

I checked in around 12 am and the staff at the front desk gave us the late check out for free. They were so friendly and it was great to stay !

The hotel is small, clean and has a convenient location near South Beach; however, this was the main positive aspect of the stay. While beach towels and a chair are provided, the overall experience did not meet expectations. I reserved a two-bed room, but one of the beds was actually a sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable and not suitable for a comfortable stay. This was disappointing and not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Breakfast was quite limited and below average. There were no hot options such as eggs or waffles, nor any cheese—only beverages and a small selection of pastries. Additionally, guests were required to ask a staff member to serve the pastries rather than helping themselves, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient.
