Ocean Park Inn

The room was clean, beautifully decorated, with nice amenities including robes, rolling coffee tables, and ear plugs. We didnt have a angle that directly faced the beach, but that option was available and the view was amazing. The front desk staff was very kind and efficient, especially as we checked in super late due to late flight. The breakfast included a variety of eggs and sausage, cereals, pastries, and waffles. Ample parking in the parking garage, and we were able to drive a Kia Carnival into it. The hotel also had equipment to rent and we were able to rent bicycles for the boardwalk which was a nice bonus.

I wanted a place right on the beach and even with a crazy freak rain weather pattern for days, this place did not disappoint. From its location to parking to all the little extras, OPI lives up to its motto Hello Sunshine. Jennifer at the front desk is the best! The rooms are so cute and sunny with fun little cards like the one for the earplugs if the planes bother your sleep. Towels provided for the beach. Incredible balcony for hours of people watching (do not be put off by the homeless you will no doubt see, they are all along the boardwalk and in San Diego as well as every city in these hard times). Crystal Pier is in site and an easy walk. Even during a power outage, staff was super helpful and got me coffee. My room did not have a mini fridge-maybe others do, but was the only thing I

Very friendly and welcoming staff, even a member of staff on the reception I remembered from a previous stay in 2024. Came all the the way from Scotland to stay again because we knew we could trust this hotel. Beautiful, spotlessly clean and well maintained hotel, many great ocean facing balconies and direct secure access to beach promenade. With stunning sunsets. Free breakfast, clean warm pool and spa and great local facilities and public transport or parking. What more could you want. Will be back for sure.

Had a great time and stay! Rooms were super cute per my wife and very clean. We has a 3rd floor ocean front room and worth the price to get it! Amazing sunsets, awesome people watching on the boardwalk below. We went every day to the little coffee/ice cream place where you can get BOGO on drip coffees...great perk. Pacific beach is very happening and has great vibes as well. We loved it here!!!

Lovely spot! My room was so cute and well appointed. Having a continental breakfast was fantastic. Absolutely love staying here. I don't know what it would be like on a Friday or Saturday, but I would suggest using the ear plugs that they provide if you need them. The bed was so comfortable, in everything was very neat and clean.
